  1. Once upon a time there lived in Arklow a wise woman and there was a certain priest lived in Arklow too who condemned her and told the people not to believe in her. One day the priest was going down the street and his horse fell and no matter what the priest or anyone else done they could not get it up. The wise woman happened to begoing down the street and she came upon the scene and she shook her apron and the horse jumped up. The priest never said anything bad about her again.
