  1. The name of the district I am living in is Ennistymon. It is situated in the the North of Clare. It is called after Diman's river meadow. There are about two hundred and four houses in it. The most common name in the town is Macnamara. There are not many old people in the town now, some of these are Mr. Murphy, Mr. Linnane, Main St. Ennistymon, Mr. Murphy, Glann Ennistymon. There are not many old people able to speak Irish.
