  1. In the vegetable Kingdom we have an amount of herbs which give us medicine which is simple and cheap. We have the broom which is good for the disease of Dropsy. Then there is Bogbean, which is a good tonic for scurvy and skin diseases. The Dandelion is also a very good tonic for Kidney and Liver disorders. Marshmallow is good for colds and is also good for poultices. The nettle is good for rash, it is also a good tonic and purifies the blood.
