  1. The foot used by our ancestors was of the plainest and coarsest nature. But it was the healthiest and most wholesome food.
    Potatoes were the staple food of the people. For their breakfast they used potatoes and sour milk. They used work two and a half hours before breakfast. It is how they used cut open a coarse bag and spread it on the table as a table cloth. Then the woman of the house used throw the potatoes along the table. The whole family used peel the potatoes with their fingers.
