    Can lead his pig to slaughter
    And eat her at his ease
    He need not drink cold water
    But use his cup and saucer
    He’s always his own master
    And has no one to please
    The landlord too engages
    A grant for many ages
    A place for youthful sages
    A good national school

    And the teacher seldom ceases
    To pray on the stool
    The college is a favour
    To each near and distant neighbour
    For cooper smith or tailor
    Can send his children there
    A man of tried behaviour
    And a woman not inferior
