    Marriages 15-2-'38
    Marriages in this district are few and far
    between ,but whenever any of the people get married it is usually during the season of Shrove,that is from the 7th of January to Shrove Tuesday .It is said that it is lucky to get married on a Wednesday or on a Saturday ,and if a pair get married on either of these days it will be lucky for life.
