    A long time ago there used to be paths through the fields called the Mass paths. In those times priests were not allowed to have any Churches to say Mass. They used to say Mass in the farmers houses. There was an old church in Kyle and there was also a Holy water font in it. When the soldiers heard of this Church they burned it. Then they took the font and buried it and it is called the "Wart Well".
