  1. One night I heard Mr. Doyle telling about a pot of gold that was hidden under-ground in the townsland of Castlequarter.
    There is supposed to be a priest minding it. He told me also that there was a man ploughing in the field and when he came to where the money was hidden he got some sickness and he never recovered. It is not known whether anyone got the gold or not.
