  1. Outside the village of Clogherhead there stands an ancient castle where Blessed Oliver Plunkett is supposed to have lived. From the castle there is a secret passage which leads down to the sea shore. In this castle Blessed Oliver ordained priests, and through this secret passage he managed to get them down to the sea. Boats would be waiting for them.
