  1. There is a momument near Dowth. It was built in memory of John Boyle O'Reilly. He was born at Dowth. There are several Ogham stones at Newgrange and Dowth. On the Dowth stones there are several strange marks. One one of those stones there are three or four ships cut which are said to correspond with those found in Norway.
