  1. Long years ago in Ireland Catholic school masters were forbidden to each. In a place called the black hills in the County Meath. In a glen the children would come on a couple of days each week to learn how to read and write. The first thing the master would do was to put some boys on watch. Then he would teach them history. One day the boys on watch came running in to tell him that soldiers were coming. The master rushed away telling the children to stop where there were. He knew when they would see him that they would follow him and the children would escape. He was shot by the
