  1. There are many old cures which the people long ago used in curing different sicknesses. The cure for beeling hand and feet is snails. You get the snails and break them up and put them on the hands. One would put on a poulice of bread and water.
    The cure for sprains and are to half boil porridge and a weed called Maiden Bultorn, this cure takes the pain of the sprain away.
    Outside Drogheda there is a small village
