  1. There are not many blessed Well in Ennistymon but there are a few in places round the district. Saint Brigid's Well is about three miles from Ennistymon There are certain days for doing rounds at the well. Those days are Saint Brigid's Day and Garland Saturday. Any person who get cured at this well must return something ["in" interlined in the same hand with carat] thanksgiving. There was a beautiful statue presented by Mrs. Healy. The statue is now broken.
    St. Craven's Well is two miles from Ennistymon. People visit this well every Thursday and Sunday. The water of this well is used to cure sore eyes. When a person gets cured, she performs a round.
