  1. There is a large Folach Fiadh in the land of Mrs Fitzgerald of Lyreaoune. In 1920 about 80 loads of burnt stones were taken from it to repair a farm road. About as many more remained. There are remains of several smaller ones within a radius of a few hundred yards.
