    Folklore.
    There are certain plants which do a great deal of harm to the farmer especially to his crop.The chicken- weed and the thistle these weeds are generally the most destructive to the farmer. These weeds are found in the potato crop.
    The nettle grows principally in snug corners ,and are found to be good for the fowl of the farm such as ducks,hens and geese the nettles are boiled and chopped up and they are ready for use.
