    cut and an eye is left in each part of the potato.
    Then the sciolláns are left in the furrow of the drill. Then they are covered with clay. The potatoes are levelled when they are near up. When they are up they are raised with a timber plough. We spray them in the month of July. In October we dig them and pick the big ones into a pit and put the small ones into bags. After a while we give them to the pigs.
