  1. There is only one graveyard around this parish, called Killuran. Killuran got its name because a Saint and St Iuran had a chapel in it. There are people buried in the ruins of the chapel. People do not like to be passing near them at night. The grave-yard is facing towards the rising sun. There are grave-yards for children called kyles. St. Iuran was the first man to be buried in Killuran grave-yard
