  1. In olden times the people had no food like we have now. Their chief food was potatoes and butter milk. The had only three meals in the day at that time. The people worked very hard all through the days that time. Their first meal was the breakfast. They had brown - bread for the breakfast, which was made from barley or wheat. They had porridge and milk for the supper.
