- There are many churns namely the dash, the barrel, the end-over-end and the box. Usually every week there is butter made. During the week the milk from the cows is separated and the cream is kept.
Then at the week the churn is cleaned and the cream is put into it, and some one in the house will make it. In olden times, if any-one came in while the churn would be(continues on next page)
