  1. Once upon a time there was a man coming home from his cuard. As he ws passing through a fort he heard fine singing and music inside and he stood and listened. The song they had was "Monday, Tuesday. Monday, Tuesday." "Yes and Wednesday." says he. They cried,"Who is chorussing our song outside?" "A man with a hump on his back." "Call him in." "They took the hump off his back and made him a fine straight man."
