    the house and they saw a woman sitting on the bed combing her hair. They went away and one man said "Did you see anything?" "No said the other man did you see anything inside sitting on the bed and combing her hair "No" said the man. I will go back and see said the first man. So he went back and there was the woman sitting on the bed sewing her dress. Then the man looked in the window at her and she gave a terrible look at him and he went away. When he got up in the morning there was not nib of hair on his head.

  2. Once there was a man coming from Ennis in the night. As he came along the Mr. Lyons of Feenagh a black dog appeared. He followed the man a part of the road, but when he came to a stream the dog turned back, and was not seen any more.
