    It is said to be unlucky to take out the ashes on Monday.
    Thursday, Friday and Saturday are said to be unlucky days to be married on.
    Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are said to be lucky days to be married on.
    May is supposed to be an unlucky month to be married in, and June is supposed to be a lucky month to be married in.
    If you start on a journey it is said to be unlucky to turn back to get anything on Friday.
    It is also said to be unlucky to go to live in a new house on Saturday.
    It is supposed to be lucky to wear new clothes on
