  1. An old widow and her son once lived in Lislea convenient to a fort. The boy was preparing the fort to sow a crop in it so he gathered up the "scutch" and withered "gustogs" of the previous season and burned them. Next day a woman came to the boy's mother and showed her her breast which was burned.
"This is what your son has done." she said. "To-morrow, something will happen."
Next day the boy was kicked by a horse and died.
