eggs,and for the supper they used have potatoes or the Indian meal porridge.They used have potatoes at almost every meal and when the potatoes were consumed it was replaced by Indian meal porridge. They used drink an immense amount of milk .Skim milk,sour milk,and butter milk were the kinds of milk they drank.The table was usually against the wall but if there was a large family in the house the table was taken out,in the middle of the floor during the meal.Rye bread, Oaten bread, Stampty ,Potato cakes, Indian meal bread.The Rye and Oats were grown by themselves and also saved.When the grain was ready for grinding each person had two flat circular stones with a round hole in the middle it was by the means of these two flat stones ,which were worked by hand that the grain was ground into(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
