  1. AILMENT CURE:-
    Toothache - Bread soda will cure toothache.
    Eyes - Bathe with cold tea. Cover with green cloth.
    Ears - Warm olive oil on cotton wool.
    Headache - A hot cloth will cure a headache.
    Legs - Plenty of rest is good for pain in the legs.
    Cuts - Brown sugar is applied to cuts. Also Iodine or bread and water poultice.
    Bruises - Butter is good for bruises.
    Chilblains - Methylated spirits will cure chilblains. Also vinegar.
    Coughs - Gargle the throat with warm water. A mixture of brown sugar and butter.
    Pains - Plenty of rest and heat are good for pains.
    Stomach - A hot poultice.
    Chest - Red flannel.
    Stings - A dock leaf well
