  1. Boys take great interest in making bird cradles tops and scouting guns. The bird cradle is of a triangular shape made from boortree rods. The tops are made from thread spools and strings are put round them in order to spin them. The scouting gun is made like a bicycle pump from the elder branches. In spare time there are some of the toys the boys like to make. Sometimes these toys are brought to shows and whatever boy has the best made toys he will get some little prize and so the next show he may get a bigger prize. The girls amuse themselves in making daisy chains, rag dolls and dolls dresses.
