    In Ballinamore there is a little graveyard. Every gravestone bears an inscription. The protestants were wealthy enough to do so. There are Biblical quotations on many of them such as "He sleeps in the Lord." They take many sentences from the bible. There are no requests inscribed on the gravestones such as "Pray for the soul of -". This is on account of their non - belief in Purgatory. They do not believe in praying for the dead.
    Another graveyard is the above. Kinaff signifying the head of the ox or Ceann an Dáimh is near the river Trimóg. I searched it to see could I find any piece of land or rock in the form of an ox's head but I found none. One man told
