    growing in it and a low clay ditch around it. It is that fairies lived there long ago. The valley is between two hills and that is how it got its name. The lackman is a high hill, flat on the top and the land is rough down along the side of the hill.
    Poll na Litera is a big field and there is a big rock in it. There is a hole in the rock in which water stays. It is said that if you had any sore and if you washed the sore in it, it would cure it.
