    Churning
    Our churn is called a barrel churn. It is shaped like a barrel. It is about two feet high. It is on a stand. There is a handle on one side of it by which it is twisted when churning. There is a big lid on it with a glass and an air outlet in it. The lid is kept on it with two screws. The churn is not used now as often as it used to be during summer. We churn twice a week during summer, but now during winter we only churn once a week. When a person
