    that milk made silly people clever. The old man was not wise or cleaver. He said that the cow was growing old and that he would kill her, but you know fairy beings never grow old. He had the butcher ready to kill the cow and the crowd of people came to see the cow being killed. But the minute he was to strike her, she rose and flew into and her calves with her. People say that the fairy who owned her that she called her. But only one white calf stayed and at that moment he turned jet black.
