  1. Our churn is a large end-over-end which would contain about fifteen gallons of milk. It is an old churn now. It is placed on a stand and there is a handle on the side of the churn. It is twisted and the churn turns on the stand.
    When a person is about to churn, the churn is scalded with boiling water. Then the cream is heated. When the cream is in the churn the lid is fastened tightly with screws. Then the person twisted the handle and turns the churn fastly.
