    From the 12th day to Shrove Tuesday it is a lucky time for marriage.
    A girl should not go home to her mother till a month after the wedding as she would not have any luck.
    It is unlucky to marry in May.
    August is also an unlucky month for marriage.
    When the couple go to the church to get married, they should not go home the same road.
