  1. My Home District (421)
The town land I live in is Ballyliddane in the parish of Cratloe, and in the Barony of Bunratty. There are 25 families in it. There is one old man in the town land named Mr James Cusack. He knows Irish. Ballyliddane got its name from the Liddanes. The town land is not mentioned in song or in story. A number of people left it in former days. The nearest wood is Mount Ivers, some of the land is good and the rest is hilly.
