  1. Once upon a time there was an old witch. Every day she would change herself into a hare and suck the milk out of the cows in a man's byre. The man didn't know what happened the milk. One day he watched and he saw the hare going into the byre. He got his gun and he put a sixpence in it and hit the hare on the leg with it. The hare ran into a house and the man ran after her. When he went into the house the witch was lying on the floor and her leg broken.
