I have never heard of him helping anyone.
He took revenge on several people from time to time for interfering with fairy fort.
One person ploughed a fort and went mad. Another took sticks and his cattle all died. Another persons hair fell out.
If a leipreachan's pass is out through a gap, that gap can never be fenced. There was once a man who built a new house and it fell three times because it was on a leipreachan's pass.
