    Most of the local marriages take place in shrove tide. The luck of the days is counted in the following.
    "Monday for health
    Tuesday for wealth
    Thursday for losses
    Friday for crosses
    Saturday is no day at all."
    Any month is counted lucky except May - "Marry in May rule the day
    The bride must wear.
    "Something old something new
    Something borrowed something blue"
    and there is also the following to be remembered.
    "Marry in blue youll surely be true
