  1. About fifty years ago there was a man working in Garryduff, Campile Co Wexford by the name of Matt Prim. He was remarkable for his strength. He could throw a stone two pounds weight a distance of one hundred and fifty yards.
He was often known to put a fat pig into a car by him-self without any trouble. It would take two ordinary men to put in the same pig. He could also lift a ten stone bag of meal off the ground with one hand. He would carry a ten stone bag of meal from the nearest shop three miles distance under his arm and he would never stop on the way home.
