    About fifteen yards from our house there is a big field. A long time ago a man named Leavy owned. He had potatoes in it and he employed two brothers named Mac [?] to dig them. When they were finished digging, they covered the pit and left down their spades. An argument got up between them and one of them lifted a spade and killed his brother. Then he pegged him into the river at the end of the field and from that to this there is a sally bush growing there.
