    The local poet that I know of is Mr. Willy Sheridan, who lives in the townland of Coolarty, in the parish of Granard, Co. Longford. He is about seventy years of age now and is blind.
    He is able to compose poetry yet. This is how he got this gift of composing poetry. When he was about fifteen years of age
