old woman. They ransacked the rooms, bed and bedding, but found no gun. But one of them discovered an old box in which were three half-crowns. One of the crowd brought the money, but the others were unaware of the deed. On arriving at the boat they again decided to go for a drink. They all stated again except one that there was no money.
“Begorra said the Rover Farrell, you stole the poor womans 3 half-crowns.” They gathered round the rogue & he was compelled to return & give back the poor old woman her three half-crowns.
