    35. When the sun goes down red it is a sign that the following day will be sunny.
    36. When there is a heavy dew it is the sign of a fine day also.
    37. When the grass-hoppers sing in the grass it is a sign of fime weather.
    38. When the lakes flow clear it is a sign of fine weather.

    39. When the sky in the north is red that is a sign of frost.
    40. When the sky is full of stars that is another sign of frost.
