There was a man in Termonfeckin called Tom Maguire. He was a champion weight thrower. It was supposed that he could throw a 56 pound weight 20 feet. This man is dead now. He could also jump five feet. This man lived in Sheet Land He was off a very old family who also lived in Sheet Land

Local Dancer
About sixty years ago there resided in Termonfeckin a famous dancer and her name was Mary Henely. She was so light on her feet that she could dance on the sadde of a bicycle and on a tin tray. She was taught to dance at the age of two years of age she became a very good dancer. She used to go to Dublin to Dance on the Stage.
