  1. The Ciampa was lost in Dunworley Bay in February, 1910. She was carrying a cargo of nitrate of soda from South America. All hands went down, and headless and limbless bodies were floating in the ocean. It was said that the nitrate of soda poisoned the fish in the bay The bodies and portions of bodies were buried in Lislee.
    "She sailed from the port Mexonilles,
    On a bleak October day
    But now she's lying a resting
    In rough Dunworley Bay.
    The "Cardiff Hall" was lost near the Seven Heads, with all hands, on a dark stormy night - she was lost early in the night, before 10 o'clock
