  1. The soldiers burned Mr. Jeremiah Sullivan's house Coolagh, Ballydehob. It was burned in a reprisal for the burning of Mr. Richard Daly's Scrahanaleary by the I.R.A. Richard Daly's daughter was said to be giving information to the Black and Tans and the soldiers about the Republicans. The Republicans again burned a house in Fortview, Ballybawn belonging to a landlord named Robert Wood.
