  1. The Goban Saor was a great builder who lived in Ireland long ago. Nobody ever excelled him in his work. It was he who was supposed to have built the round towers of Ireland. He had a son called Mike and the advice he gave Mike was that whatever house he would be working at to court the women of the house because if he were a pet with the women of the house he would get the best of food and drink, and a lot of information which might be useful to him.
    This advice proved very useful to him when an English king asked them to build a great mansion for him. Mike was great friends with cook, and the cook confided to him, that the king had
