    There are not many treasures hidden in our townland or in the vicinity of it. Still we have a few legends reserved, connected with a hidden treasure.
    In a field in our townland there is an old apple tree under which there is supposed to be a hidden treasure, a pot of gold. I do not know by whom it was placed there or why. A
