  1. There are two graveyards in this Parish, Rushall and Churchtown. They are both still in use. There is also a disused graveyard in Rushall and Phelans field opposite Rushall Castle. It was used in the time of Cromwell to bury the dead. Churchtown graveyard is round in shape and there is an old tombstone which dates bask to 900.

  2. On St Stephen's Day boys and men dress up in disguise and go from house to house playing music and singing the wren song. They carry holly boughs decorated with ribbons. The owners of the house give them money.
