    SUNDAY - "The better the day the better the deed". "If you trim your nails on Sunday, the devil will be with you all the week".
    SATURDAY - If the farmer begins to plough on a Saturday it is said to be unlucky.
    FRIDAY - If the Builder starts to build on a Friday it is said the house will fall the following year.
    SATURDAY - Do not change house on a Saturday. "Saturday flit is a short sit".
    17TH MARCH - It is lucky to have all the crops planted before St Patrick's Day.
    MARCH - March many weathers.
    APRIL - April showers bring May flowers.
    PET DAYS - When a beautiful Day comes in the midst of uncertain weather it is said to be a Pet Day.
