  1. A very long time ago there was supposed to be a Lady called Lady "Caisleán". She lived in the townland of Kilconly on the banks of the Barrow in The Rower parish. It is said that she hid a diamond neck-lace in a rock overhanging the river Barrow. She can be seen guarding the hidden treasure at night. Boat-men have seen her when going up and down the river at night-time. No one ever tried to seek the neck-lace as it is not thought lucky to interfere. The rock at which the treasure is supposed to be hidden is known still as "The Caisleán".
