  1. Skucth grass is the most harmful weed in my farm. Thistle, nettle, crowfoot, spunk, chiken-weed, docks, groundsal, prassaugh, dandelion, broom. They are harmful in many ways such as spreading rapidly and making the crop poor. Thistles generally grows on good ground. In poor land you would generally see "prassaugh". Broom is used for kidney diseas. It is cut and boiled before it is used. Dandelion is used for curing warts and it is also food for pigs. A weed called fairy finger leaves is used for curing a swollen neck. The weed is chopped and fried with unsalted lard before it is used.
